Corona Virus corona virus belongs to the family of viruses that cause a wide range of diseases in human such as common cold , SARS, MERS etc. The virus is named after the shape which takes the shape of a crown with protrusions around it and hence is known as corona virus. The recent outbreak of corona virus is believed to have occured in a market in wuhan , a city in china. The chinese health authorities and WHO are investigating about the outbreak of the virus. Since it is a new stream ,there is no specific vaccine that can treat it . However according to WHO “Many of the symptoms can be treated and therefore treatment should be based on the patients clinical condition Chinese Government initially locked down Wuhan, the epicenter of virus outbreak.However it was too late. The virus has spread to almost all countries. India's response to the outbreak India started screening of International travellers and those with symptoms were isolated. Symptoms of Corona Virus This disease cause respiratory illness with symptoms such as cough, fever, difficulty in breathing etc. How to prevent?
