HYGIENE Hygiene is an important factor of life. Every morning as soon as get up , we must clean our teeth ,wash face, hands and feets.It may related to personal hygiene. Personal hygiene include bathing,brushing etc. It help us in protecting ourselves from harmful bacteria and viruses. It helps us to lead an active life. We must keep ourselves neat and tidy always. We must drink claen water, wear clean clothes .Hygiene should be start from our childhood days.
