SMOKING You all know that smoking is injurious to health .It is a silent killer. But most of us will smoke today as a hobby. Why does this happen? Let’s think. The topic for the essay is “smoking a silent killer”. Smoking or tobacco is very harmful to our body. The smoke we take is deadly. It directly affects our lungs and is carried throughout our body through blood. It paralysis our brain. Its because of the tension free feeling, everyone uses a cigarette. But a cigarette makes you pay for the rest of our life. It causes lung cancer and also liver cirrhosis. Most of the cigarette users will have a criminal record. The smoke exhaled by the smoker is also hazardous to bystanders. < In India, children below 18 are not allowed to use alcohol or cigarette. But many high schoolers are under the net. If we use them once, we cannot avoid. So its important us to stay under the radar so let us say no to smoking.
